One fixed monthly fee for Telos. WhatsApp is paid directly to Meta, with no surcharge or margin from Telos.

Before connecting: if your number is on the WhatsApp Business app, you connect it without deleting it and keep using the app; before Meta's window opens, your panel tells you what changes. If it's on regular WhatsApp (not Business), using it with Telos means deleting that account in the app, and the message history is lost; if you want to keep it, connect a different number.

How it starts.

  1. You create your account. No card: you choose your plan at the end.
  2. You set up your business. You teach Teo your services, your prices and your hours.
  3. You connect your WhatsApp number from your panel. Meta may ask you for a code to verify it.
  4. You choose your plan. You can start with a 7-day trial on the Essential, Professional and Business plans; the Max plans have no trial and there is no annual plan yet. You enter your card and nothing is charged today. The trial is the same on all three plans, and capacity is limited during the trial. On day 8 the monthly price of the plan you choose is charged, VAT included (from $1,199 on Essential to $2,999 on Business), and then every month until you cancel. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. No voluntary refunds; the rights the law gives you are respected. You can cancel the renewal whenever you want.

Questions about the price.

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is a WhatsApp session of up to one day with the same customer, regardless of how many messages are exchanged. If a customer returns the next day, that counts as a new conversation.

How much does Meta charge me?

Meta charges your business directly for WhatsApp messaging according to its current rates; Telos adds no surcharge or margin.

What if I need more conversations?

You can move up a plan from your account. If you need more than Business covers, there are the Max plans, from $5,999 MXN a month with VAT included.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. No minimum term: Telos is month-to-month and you cancel the renewal whenever you want from your dashboard, under Plan & billing → Manage my subscription.

What if it doesn't work for me?

No minimum term. You cancel the renewal whenever you want and keep the service until the paid period ends. We don't offer voluntary refunds for cancellation or non-use; any right or remedy that is mandatory by law remains intact. See the terms
