What we hear most.

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is a WhatsApp session of up to 24 hours with the same customer, regardless of how many messages are exchanged. If a customer returns the next day, that counts as a new conversation.

What happens if I exceed my plan's limit?

We email you when you reach 80% of the limit. If you exceed it, we charge $0.03 USD ($0.60 MXN) per additional conversation at the end of the month. No surprises, no service interruption.

Can I change plans?

Yes, anytime from your dashboard. If you upgrade, the change applies immediately (we charge prorated). If you downgrade, it applies on the next billing cycle.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Telos is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you paid annually, you keep access until the end of the paid period; no refunds are issued for the current period.

How do billing and activation work?

You configure your account for free. When you're ready, you pay your plan to activate it and your Telos starts serving customers on WhatsApp as soon as Meta verifies your number (24-72 hours). Cancel anytime.

Do you have a free plan or trial?

We don't have a "14-day trial" because it's not necessary: you don't pay until Telos is live. You configure for free, you decide whether to continue when you see the system serving your customers.

What does "bot personalization" include?

Telos starts with a base tone per industry — dental uses warm clinical language, restaurant more casual and quick, spa more calm. In Professional and above, we adjust the tone, vocabulary, and typical phrases so the bot sounds like your business rather than a generic one. All configured from your dashboard.
