A conversation is a WhatsApp session of up to 24 hours with the same customer, regardless of how many messages are exchanged. If a customer returns the next day, that counts as a new conversation.
We email you when you reach 80% of the limit. If you exceed it, we charge $0.08 USD ($1.50 MXN) per additional conversation at the end of the month. No surprises, no service interruption.
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. If you upgrade, the change applies immediately (we charge prorated). If you downgrade, it applies on the next billing cycle.
No. Telos is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
We give your money back. You have 30 days from the moment Teo goes live to request a refund by writing to us from your account email — no reasons asked, no fine print. After those 30 days you can still cancel whenever you want, but the current period is no longer refunded. See the full clause →
